PREDIX ARCHITECTURE SOFTWARE ENGINEERING INTERN
- Automated device enrollment/creation and software deployment for new edge devices using Bash/Python scripts, Vagrant, VirtualBox, Docker, Amazon Web Service, and Jenkins - reducing initial set-up time from 7 days to 2 hours (98.81% decrease)
- Built micro-services to process real-time data from edge devices using MQTT, Python libraries/Web socket, and a Time Series Database - automating remote maintenance and abnormality detection for users’ assets
- Completed team’s development CICD pipeline by developing Jenkins jobs, Dockerfiles, Python Paramiko, and Bash Scripts that build, run, and test existing micro-services - eliminating the need for manual deployment
WEB DEVELOPMENT INTERN
- Revitalized outdated/inefficient code with web applications updates utilizing JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, and JSON/jQuery to enhance user interface/functionality

- Supervised and delegated weekly responsibilities among 4 undergraduate research assistants
- Extracted data from approximately 1000 web pages through web scraping, compiled data into spreadsheets that span over 40,000 entries, and analyzed data for common trends
- Increased the data output rate from 50 weekly entries manually to 500 weekly entries via python web scraping (900% productivity increase)
INTERN ASSOCIATE SOFTWARE ENGINEER
- Designed interactive AngularJS 2, Javascript, HTML/CSS, and Bootstrap web applications and Java based back-end management software that caters to the client’s needs
- Developed complex JUnit debugging tests with Mockito and implement Swagger APIs documentation on class methods, increasing code coverage by 73%
- Built installation Bash scripts and JavaScript-based voice-control software to speed up the development environment set-up, decreasing new employee downtime from 3 weeks to 2 days (95.24% decrease)
GOOGLE CS FIRST GURU/ADVOCATE
- Established and managed weekly after-school code development programs in 20 schools, advocated for program expansion at 30 schools in 5 cities in the metro Atlanta area, and instructed a code development class with 35 students

- Launched application that uses SmartCity sensors, Google Maps API, Time series databases, and Predix micro-services to provide real-time civilian/vehicle statistics for user-selected geological markers and analyzes optimal times for city construction, reducing traffic and civilian causalities
HYDRONATION
- Devised a web application and Android mobile application that use the Google Maps API, Amazon Web Services, a Time Series Database, and crowd sourcing to mark nearby clean water sources and provide information such as the location’s pH Levels and contaminants present
SONIA ASSISTANT
- Assembled web application to aid visually/hearing impaired individuals navigate the web with voice control through Annyang.js API and custom JavaScript code (1st place in Bridge2Solutions Hackathon)
CYBERSECURITY TESTING
- Developed Java-based software that generated 5 text documents with each containing over 5000 common password combinations and conducted pseudo brute-force website attacks to test site security. Also worked with SQL injection website attacks

Interests
In terms of development work, I am interested in automation implementations that is capable of either making a process capable of running completely without human intervention or increasing the overall efficiency of a general process. I’m also interested in robotics and artificial intelligence. These processes help a lot in automation and improving software architecture, which is the primary reason why I enjoy learning more about it and doing work in these fields. I really like IoT development as well - I enjoy learning more and doing more work in connecting physical entities to cloud-based servers. Overall, I try not to limit myself and focus on building skills in all areas of the full-stack development. I believe to be a good programmer is to never stop learning and always striving to grow your skills.
Outside of computer science, I really enjoy exploring new places, getting involved in different activities, and meeting new people. I really enjoy traveling because it exposes me to new food, different cultures, and expand my overall world view. I also enjoy hiking, skateboarding, dragon-boating, and other outdoor activities. I also really love cooking because I get to try out new recipes and create my own - with each iteration, the recipe tends to get better so that’s always a positive! Another one of my passions would have to be music - I love discovering new music, recommending music to my friends, creating playlists, and such. Some of my favorite artists include Daniel Caesar, LANY, and Bruno Mars.
